Erupting through the sky above
Energy explodes around love
Capturing a quick passionate embrace
Magical highlights leave no trace
Clawing at my hidden gates
The lover enters; seals her fate
And up and up and up we go
Breathing hard to take it slow
Down and down and down we run
Until the moon turns into sun

Twisting, in the Art of Bravery (day 544)
I’ve longed for such a chapter of lust
One that breaches the subjects of love
Tell me a little longer
Of the secrets they call trysts
Wild with a blaze
Strong with a theory
Making sharp notes into time
Crowding the lustful cherries of the end
Core maximum
Engines red
Guns a blazing
Smoke rising
Snake To Me (day 518)
Snake to me
Inside the only crevice left open after the fire
Dealing with long strands of clean green grass
Pushing out the insides of earth
Light the night
With flaming signs of decadent desire
Rapping madly at the doors of a heightened sense of security
Rolling quietly into whispers of time
And breathe
Like you’ve planned this night for ages
Sitting alone staring at the ceiling and imagining
Every last detail to the tee, notepad included
For the best is yet to come
Wrapped up in a warm cashmere
Pressed between excitable thighs of love
Peace (day 495)
Did you cry when I left you there at the cements edge?
Treading lonely along the gravel paths that flirt with the edges of grass
Sunsets that pull at the hairs on the neck
Old boats that wait at the end of the docks
Did any of this make sense to you when you cleaned out the dust?
I filtered out the crap that flowed through the pipes below the uneven cobblestones
I crawled over the little places that stuck into the darkness like the night
Forgetting about the passenger bags that crawled along the benches
Filling up the pouches of candy that floated about edges of sanity
Greedy lips that worked their magic with pieces of love
Stuffed into greedy cheeks that held their peace with clouds
And then the sun set, and the peace was felt
As the dust trails floated off into the distance
Gone (day 493)
Gone is the sanity that I have rested upon
Gone is the broken wing I have mended so long
Gone is the eye of love, heralded with steel
Gone is the breakers edge, chariots wheel
Gone is the mystery of histories story
Gone is the evidence in a place of once glory
Gone is the solitude enjoyed in the park
Gone is the morning call, a flick and a spark
Gone is the choke ring about my own neck
Gone is the control once held at my beck
Gone is the grass I’ve laid with my own two hands
Gone is the bitter truth that never parts from these lands
Regurgitating Madness (day 488)
You only get stronger when your heart is aching
G Love and His Special Sauce has been know to sing
Bright lights and city streets seem to grab me
Chase me under the bridge and seek shelter from the rain
Dying in the lost spaces that close down borders
And holding on to the empty gates that keep flying open
Unsure whether to jump off or to stay around for the ride
Unwilling to admit that I’ve done this ride before
Wide eyes and itchy noses, closes, Moses
Ran two hundred leagues to spread what he believed in
Understanding the inner voice that cared not for turmoil
Or was it turmoil that led to his prophesized greed
Did he only want a new land to live long and prosper
Then with the enemy and dire straits dead ahead and laughing
The poor stock was chosen directly from the top of the barrel
Easy pickings and lost siblings and leftover pieces of sandwiches finished
Don’t die my love! Don’t leave me here in this cold and darkened world
All unaware of my surroundings and digging a hole for the safety net
It wont provide. Only illusions. Always illusions that separate the now
From the bitter truth of the present. Ever looming present
That doesn’t present presents at all only thoughts of what has once been
But let it die, die, die my darling into the depths of an unclear and dark pool
Let it float out of sight so that even the dog staring into its own eyes
Becomes bored and uninterested with the passing moments of time
Never-the-less, don’t take my warnings for they are deaf and dumb
They lack any solidity like the passing gas of an old dog sleeping
Mere regurgitating madness from a voice hidden behind the walls I lean against
Mere ghosts lingering in the ethereal silence that closes in around me
End of the World (day 484)
Love crashes around the lover like a rock filled land
Eerily perched above on the cleft like a bird for prey
Scented with waves, crushed roses, and dead rocks
Even the little flowers that love to live between the edges
Are void of all life, wilted and dead lying on the rocks
This is the end of the world
This is where no man roams
Not even the ugly wenches
Or the moody trolls cursing
Grace this spit with life
They’d Moan (day 481)
There was a door that creaked as it was stealthily opened that gave him away every time
It wasn’t as if they minded, they both smiled to themselves as they knew what it meant
Love, so they thought, was at work in the house so they let it continue in its name
She said she was 23, he knew she was 22. He didn’t lie with his 25
It’s funny how age becomes less and less relevant as the days whisper on by
The bed could fit them both, it was a nice feeling with the warmth of each others skin pressing down on their sleepy whispers
Loose bed sheets that wrinkled at the foot of the bed would never be needed in passion
There was a point in the passion where both of the lovers would pause
Where they would both crawl over towards each other and look into their eyes and still be sitting there in their underwear
This was passion, fueled by desire, that would rupture where they stood and teased
It was fun at any rate, to slowly take off each others small things and reveal something secret and intimate
Skin that was smooth, and delicate clipping, and eyes that crawled more than a spider with a smile
More and then less, and more and then less was a game that was exciting to play
A game that would take the both of them longer and hopefully both of them higher than before
Did they lose touch just then, when the passion was within, or was it lost to them a long time ago?
But they embraced each other, nipple against nipple, and turned up the heat in the room
They’d call and they’d moan, and they’d let out a groan, and they’d pull at the hair on the back of the neck
They’d flip and they’d roll, and they’d stop and they’d call, and they’d make it all matched in their body
And the race was on for eruptions song, dancing a dance where two can play and the best of the days is when it grooves
Take all that away in a moments display, in a push for the top of the rafters
Then draining away that marvelous display comes a time for bliss like a setting sun in the arms of a lover
And a kiss, a kiss on the forehead, wet with excitement and no delay and breath that enjoys how fast it does roll
A little fun at the toes as the sheets that have stowed are un-tangled and used as a cover for the flesh
Legs that are near reach around and pull close with emotion set fit for the time
With low murmurs that roll through the waves in a friendly waltz the night slowly takes control of the two lovers until movement no longer becomes conscious
One Day Baby (day 454)
Some days you dance through still motions that float by
Dreaming in a sober state of consciousness
Gambling love with light with strange verses of mystical poetry
One day baby, one day
Midnight then and sweet calling from the other side of the bed
You move boulders baby and light up the tallest buildings
You change me like ice chases rivers; pure delight
One day baby, one day
Just as stars wave their goodbyes and pull into sun
Music turns to repeat and landslides stop spinning
Bottles drying up on the floor that never sits still
One day baby, one day
Ghosts now pass the clear blue horizon that stretches lazily over the hue
Wracking memories that have flushed away heat
Settling in for the long car ride home now that the winds died down
One day baby, one day
Sunscreen on Your Nose (day 451)
I used to love you like a wild woman should
Full of youth you showered me in elegance
Holding me high upon your shoulders
As we waltz’d through parks
There was a time when I would sit by the phone
Waiting for you to call on me
I’d talk sweet words to my friends of you
When time would hold us far apart
Then, as hours turned to years
We grew up like fresh sprouts from earth
Quickly in spring, blooming in summer
And grasping to sweet life in fall
Here we sit now, asleep in the sun
No longer wary of our youthful exuberance
No longer conscious of voices around
Comfortably numb, rest in the mind
Where shall we go tomorrow?
Does it cost that much?
Do you have some sunscreen on your nose?
Can I have a sandwich please.
