Glue (day 132)

Inner itch that plays to no ones fiddle
Game long started, yet to finish
Found the tires flat, found the pencil dull
Found the motivation deep inside
Crawling around like honeycomb bees
Searching endlessly for a uncovered secret
Society, creeping deathly in

Florescent tie died loose fitting clothes
Counter balanced with extra large purse
Flown away with sweet smells of incense
Memories that glow with remembrance
A melody that fades away the further gone
The night the smoothly unravels
Anticipation slowly fades in focus

Le Chaton (day 131)

Aside I stretch
Long and lean
Inside I wander
Proverbial and clean

The glare a thousand
Yawns away
The feeling of hunger
Always at bay

The hair clean
Licked and shined
The claws they work
In and out

And you my friend
You feel so great
Your leg it brings
A playful date

A lap to curl in?
A nook to squeeze?
A friend indeed
A friend to me

Gumbo (day 130)

A slow pulse that starts deep within
Reduced frequency, increased rumble
A pile of everything laid out to waste
A carrier frequency, pulling up the bass
Landslide that’s raced with all time
Records spinning and twilight winning
The dance isn’t over, the game isn’t begun
The words evermore, the length ever long
And daisies, pulling up from behind.

Fleeting Disarray (day 128)

Sleeping and the dogs
Add weeping willows sight
The burning city streets
Hold everybody tight

“Fare ye, fare ye!”
The young kids yell
Fury and rebellion
Fight through the near hill

Drifting with madness
Screaming with joy
Holding a broomstick
Splashing up a decoy

The madness continues
The designer makes love
The married go fleeting
With the young lovers dreams

Afoot Up High (day 126)

Wandering, wandering, wandering I go
Up and up and up it winds
Through the bush I gallop along
To the top, it won’t be long!

Crashing through the fields I go
One foot forward; keep moving on
The wildflowers here are radiant beauty
Up here so high, above the tree-line

The view, it seems, is perfect today
I’ve climbed so far, so far I’ve come
The top, I’m at, has all around
Valleys and peaks, and snow and lakes

But not for long, I do not fret
Soon it’s dark, it comes too quick
The path to go; a downward grade
Calls my name, and brings me home

Grow (day 124)

Lines and lines and lines of letters
Symbols and lines and dots and loops
I’ve gone to the edge and I’m fighting right back
I’ve listened to this song, but I’ll hear it again
Stubborn, like the cool glaze of the screen
Penetrating my secret confines only words can expell
But smoothly circulating like that gasp of a tree
Last breath expelled, last hurah for the crowd
It’s a cruel world that lets us go
It’s a friend here that lets us grow

Painfully Slow (day 123)

Slammed like a sinner but soaked like a winner
Bored with no detail, intent on the kill
Awaiting the moment of pure carnal expression
The wall remains oblique to the knots in my neck
The wall remains white with unmutilated desire
All bodies aroused, all shiny and doused
Succulent and rectified, mortified and lulled
Home at last. Together & trying to make it last
