So It Came (part XIII) (day 3185)

(part XII)

Inside the walls
Became safer and safer
So that food
Was no longer unsafely natural
It came in small packages
Properly balanced
For full health benefits
And longer life span.
Laws were no longer questioned
For they were made
With safety in mind.
Rules were not broken
For the unsafe were strictly punished
And those
Who had found success
In the early days of Fear
Were those who now ruled
In the days of Safety.

(part XIV)

So It Came (part II) (day 3175)

(part I)

Fear is the real danger
Leader of all
The most death in the world
Fear drives wars,
Hate crimes,
Abundant stress,
That zaps the will to live
Out of any who harbour him.
And Fear was let in
Welcomed in
As if being a responsible human
Was letting Fear
Into our homes
Just as Money had
Changed all our minds
So too began Fear
To change the minds
Of those who welcomed him.

(part III)

Selene (day 3154)

Watch this energy
From our moon
Rise and fall again
She comes and goes
Wiles and whims,
Which cycle is she in?
Look towards evening sky
Might you not see her tonight?
For she cycles
Twelve hours and twenty five minutes
To pull our bones
In gravity
Selene of our mind.

Urgent Glow (day 3140)

Could you reach out to me
With even just one shred of urgency?
Pain, desire
Some kind of emotion
That speaks to me of your tune
So acutely set to the vibration
Of your heart.
Draws havoc
Across the desired pages of my mind.
Keeping me awake and suffering
As my candles burn down low,
Offering me a little glimpse
Of how brightly you glow for me.

Whisper of Elephants (day 3137)

And the whisper of tides keep rolling
That makes the engine hardly slowing
In a growing pain of knowing
For all elephants have gone blind.

In an innocent game she was glowing
Until a judge became the one blowing
Lost in depths of spiraling
The end was all she could find.

Then all at once there came a calling
An old standard with sweet beckoning
With wallets that were fattening
Only hygiene long left behind.

So the two and their sweet romancing
Called the pastor who came running
He knew what was then demanding
No opposition of any kind.

And like buskers at the happening
They all packed up and left no remembering
A lot like old elephants fattening
No story left on each their mind.

Moonscape (Slight Return) (day 3127)

This has not lost the love
That faces each dawn
Of pre-existing metamorphisis,
It calms each mind
And inflates the salt
So that each lick tastes
As cunning as an advance should taste.
Each realm of unforseen
Crackles in the evening fire
As weapons of speech
Flicker off the far wall
Of the darkening cavernous region
From whence they have come,
Waiting for the moonscape
To return to the land

Wild Edges of Death (day 3125)

Let me feel the messy you
The one with old sweatpants
That show wild edges of your soul.

Let me smell the rancid death
Of the achings deep inside,
And the cosmic galaxy that lies
Expelled, each pore of your skin
So deeply sensed within my own
A redness on my mind.

Let me hear the groan
Of your hurt and of your gasp,
For the rose becomes
So delicate in death.

Snowy Vista (day 3123)

I awoke to find the land had changed
A gentle blanket had settled down
Covering what I could see
Sleeping in the trees.

Clouds had moved away and off
Left the day with a blue sky
One that reflected white;
Brightness hard to see.

So far there were no footsteps
Hiding all that humans had chose to leave,
This left deep peace upon my mind
Setting my regret for once free.
