Slave’s Still Fight

I am immense
And stuck
And broken in my battle;
Giants tearing trees
And Titans throwing boulders.

How do I convey my meanings
When I am unreasonable
Living inside a dream
Of everyone’s meaning well.

Does my habit become your habit?
Do I lose myself into you?
Does my soil sprout many plants?
Can I hope to grow with you?

For my beast of rage
Within my deep breaths
Is evermore, everclear,
And hoping for more tomorrow
For my heart fights back
My heart fights for freedom
In a change
That cannot grow faithfully
To the slave of a great wrong.

Consumed (day 2343)

Take you as I desire now,
Consume you as you cannot quite know.
Greedily I behave –
To passion I’m only a slave.
From collar bone to exposed breast
Melting in my mouth,
I wait for you to to turn around
Whence I find your naked shoulder,
Which leans into
My aroused embrace
– Skin into my breath –
And around your stomach
As we bend forward
My arm pulls all of you to me.
A closeness we can only find
As your soul intwines with mine
And fire begins to penetrate
The confinement of our souls
Where ecstasy envelopes our essence
That lingers where we’ve become.

Sailor (day 2303)

I am not a sailor but I’ve come across the seas
Beat the bitter winter in a trembling schooner
Alive is wisdom of ten thousand hands
To put together pieces I’ve held – still remains
Each beating with a magnified flutter
And in each blossoming moment a child began to say:
I want to be your savior, I want to be your slave
Without knowing how the words echoed in the hands
Of ten thousand missionaries
Without knowing how deeply moving the words spoke
Upon the weathered conscience of the aging sailor played
Who cast with two heavy glances a shifting amicable feeling
That led the two together as the rip tide grows
Until at long last they stood erect, like the cenotaph they had created
With tears wetter than any gale
And the sermon echoes true.

Earth (day 1483)

With your heart beat –
Thundering through mountains,
Across crevaces,
Through valleys, full cities
And Oceans so far
An eye cannot see
But know, undoubtly,
That horizon lines
Only trick us
To believe your gravity is
Comprehensible –
My heart beats.
With your ebb and my flow
A unity gathers so strongly
That when left unchecked,
A wobbling and teetering
And quivering begins.
Thus, over this floating mass
Of carbon based matter
Quantum does exist,
Qi is your heart,
And my breath like every other breath
Is a slave to your every
Beck and call.
