I am sad
For I have not closed my door,
I have left it open to the world
That climbs and claws
To its desired height.
And my skin has begun to bleed
Where once it was supple
In rash and scale,
Blueberry wine.
I am sad
And my glasses haven’t fit
Since I sat boldly
At the ocean’s edge
Wishing I didn’t feel this pain
And could not see
Ocean’s spray.

Sing My Song (day 2075)
When we’re young
We’re all we ever need
Why are we so silent
What makes us hide
Cool wind on my face tonight
And I’m playing a song
In a minor scale
Because I’m sitting here tonight
With no one
To sing my song to
Demons (day 1054)
There I was
Tramping around with cloud fogged judgement
Calculating with unintelligible numbers
Divvying scale stones
And wrestling demons
