One

One
Oneness
The Way
A single heart
Forest’s path is empty
Echo is just you
Thoughts are all your own
Beyond reason.. sure
And in good nature, hopefully.

One
Sun
Moon
Earth
One

One
Has distant friends
And one multiplied by anything
Becomes anything
One has its beginning
A small seed
A drop of rain
A heart beat
A tongue

One’s voice falls silent
One’s sight grows distant
One’s touch is careful
One’s feelings are forever lost
In a sea of comfort in one’s own
So one grows tired
This single heart
So one’s thought may stop
Even just for a divine pause
To find one’s way
Again
One

So It Came (part IV) (day 3176)

When the Doctors spoke up
The Government stepped in
One, Two, Three
Soon all of them
Inevitably
Began to speak up
For their subjects
(With Fear in their mouths
For it was Fear speaking)
An unknown
Hidden deep in their voices
Unsure and against everybody.
It was at this time
The Government
Of their loyal subjects
Began to circumnavigate
Each law the man named Democracy
Had written into books.
Government
Soon began to realize
That only a select few people
Were able to thrive
In this kind of environment
As it so happened
And it was as it has always been
The ruling class profited
Off the desperate and fearful
Backs of the ruled.

Little Paw (day 3093)

I wondered lonely as a dog
Tail alert
And pointing to the stars.
A clump of grass
That has a faint scent
Now been marked
By my descent.
A marking of
A wild animal
Caused me to stay
A little while.
Rarely did
I find a path
So straightened that
I did not tarry,
Zig zag was
The route I led
One paw two paw
Three paw four,
Little tracks waiting
Out the door.

Seed (day 2940)

Welcome to an ancient seed
Lost into a diagram
Sold into a paradigm
That missed one houndred marks.
So then the ancient seed becomes
Lost into translation,
A whisper of diagnosis
Spread out onto sheets.
Then when all is lost,
When all notes are acquired
Seed will grow, continually,
No matter stretch of road.

Mister One and Mister Two (day 2802)

Find me if you can
I wont be singing at the gates
Found a path
That led me down a mountain road.

Came upon two pillars
I took to calling affectionately
Mister One and Mister Two.

Hello, how are you,
It’s good to find you here
I have come from far
And I’ve got a bit to go
Share a tea, I’ve got enough for three.

And a bird came
Whistling to me
That took me off
To find a beautiful melody
Since that was all
I had ever hoped
Would find me here.

My Last Innocent Breath (day 2315)

For this I shall save
My last innocent breath,
A welcoming insight
Of two parts become one.

I shall forget what has never been,
What has torn at me,
What has floated free,
What has carried our distance
Unbeknownst for so long,
I shall not be blinded
By our history.

For this I shall save
My last innocent breath,
A chance of starlight
Emerging upon me.

It is for this that I shall wake
From slumber and deluge
Sprouting of new life
Upon the trunk of ancient ilk
Upon these paths formed
Carrying my thoughts
On towards you.

For this I shall save
My last innocent breath,
A ceremony of mine
Just in time.

Another Passion (day 2310)

Our passion was another passion
– Passion of instincts.
We didn’t ask each other how our days were
Or ask of our parent’s health,
Though important they were and are,
We embraced deeply
Without words to jumble.
We groped muscles
And found strings that spoke ten thousand whispers
Moving and emancipating
Tolerating and giving.
Our passion was another passion
That left our souls exposed
In clear air we shared.
We communicated with our hands, eyes,
We left no expression left un-expressed
No connection left un-connected
No moment left un-momented
Until at long last
We became one.
