Becoming (day 2821)

What is it that has fallen
Deep into the ravine of life?
Glee?
Say naught your revival
Heart of subconscious,
There exists no more greenscape
– Though Spring all around –
Barren and lifeless
Rocks and charred stumps
It is grave, this desire
And it shall no more be confined
To rotten corners of hidden gems
Nay, it has become.

Oak Leaves (day 2820)

It is a problem,
For I have not found it here yet.
Spires have taken my holiness
Unaccounted for,
Untrained,
Un-restricted.
Like a dove in flight,
But without regret.
There shall be no more passion,
No more emotional choices.
So it lays thus, solid and lifeless,
Awaiting a deep agony,
A lifeless sympathy,
That shall agree with
No more of this world
And of its gains.
Floundered,
Spinning into earth
Yet leaving marks: vivid,
As the Oak leaf stays
Through Winter.

Filled (day 1739)

A long lifeless walk
Held my hand
As I began
My casually glancing around
With two by two
And one after you
In a game cat jumped over the moon.
Twigs and branches
And needles doing dances
For the stoop of my boot.
Till the hour I find
A guest on my mind,
I’ll return to an abode filled with warmth.

Forget (day 1182)

Forget my tender roses that grow
Beneath the hearth, so warm.
Forget I promised a thousand tomorrows
As one day never arrived.
Forget purple surges amongst our veins
Late when the moon lit our hearts.
Forget crimson skies, tomorrow’s disguise
For lifeless I’ve never remained.
Forget my whispers as they echo on,
Alone in your daddy’s penned name.

The Flood (day 883)

Passion floods my blood soaked eyes
Laying dormant towards the sky
Fallen lifeless amidst debris
All life has ceased to be with me

For fuel once burned deeply within
A heart so true; nearly sin
That clogged the eyes searching about
Destined for truth, a heavy clout

Long had land been free to me
To wander about in unbound glee
Drained clean this heart of all its blood
To life that guides on in an empty flood
