Today is a day
Where I’ve so much to do
Yet today is a day
That I don’t want to move
I’ve got a big list
I see it right here
Yet legs are immobile
And heart is glued
So what do I do
With this day today
A day I’ve got plans
But little of movement
I guess one could say
I’m old growth decay
Slow to move on
But so much I’ve planned
