No Words (day 2839)

Did you listen when I spoke no words?
I could hardly lean to take flight
Soar away, hide away
Aloof my trail ablaze.

I woke up from a foggy bliss
Tended to my flock,
Stepped into a day of glass
Dew upon my shoe.

When I carried over my heart,
Sealed with each singing bird’s note,
T’was then I had no words to share
No sound to match such pure delight.

To Know (day 2756)

I’d like to know what your skin feels like
Wrapped so close against mine,
A hide so eager for my sense of skin
Gently pulling as a great test.
Oh, to see what sensual emotions
Ripple to each sensitive limb!
Uncontrolled discovery
Warms a fire within.
I’d like to know your skin
So each evening I lay beside
In awe I’d fall asleep amidst
It’s radiant pulsing from thy being.
Holy sense I have to find!
What could be life there by your side!

My Bare Shoulder (day 949)

It’s my lingering svasti
Draped over my bare shoulders
As I sweep the streets
Unconsciously rambling

I don’t keep you for myself
I don’t hide you in my arms
You don’t reply to my encroaches
We become inanimate

But, like disaster’s calming exit
Left is my aching soul
Hunger for time, and more time
To reap and to sew; good (su)
